The GE food question was different from the standard form food question when I last had food and looked at it. The regular form just asks about food in general. The GE question asked whether one had meat/dairy r other foods that are not allowed. So, when going through GE with cookies and chocolate one could (almost certainly) answer 'no' to the food question without a problem.
