Looks like they're covered at no additional miles cost. Fiji seems to fly out of LAX only, and it looks like the connections coming from Frankfurt to finish off in SFO or LAX are included as well, but I may be better served going through CLT instead? Will have to see.

I started some searching on the AA miles side of things, but that got more complicated. I'll have to revisit those plans when I have more time at home.
