Having read your review about service in the hotel, Brucemcdou, I wanted to say - Glad I wasn't the only one! But really, I wish the hotel would get their act together. It is a great location, beautiful building and would be the ideal place to stay if the service team (housekeeping in particular) could get some additional training.
