Update on my own question: looks like it took them about a week. They did reissue the ticket and have processed the charge for the additional taxes. But they have not yet deducted the Avios from my account. And they somehow doubled up the US domestic segments that are on Alaska. I'm not sure how big of a problem that is as the reservation looks fine in AS's system. This is quickly turning into a messy ticket though.
