Just a follow up but it appears one does earn Porter Rewards points for AM flights. Received 360 points on my outbound, so should get the same on the return though not sure given the new program how that amount is calculated since the actual ticket receipt showed $0 ticket price but some miscellaneous charges. IIRC PD program implies one gets 5 PD points for every dollar spent (as basic member) but not sure if that includes airport/security fees and such or just the ticket, baggage and pre-selected seat charges. Will check this out when my final segment posts over the weekend.

BTW seeing the lineups at security when I arrived at MDW the other day, I am dreading my return on Friday morning since PD isn't registered for TSA PreCheck yet. MDW does have two GE/Nexus kiosks upon arrival, though one still must visit an INS agent before leaving the immigration area.
