You are an 'additional cardholder' which gives you the right to use her card for purchases. Your name is on the additional card, but it is not 'in' your name. You should not be allowed to get the same ancillary benefits as she does.
She got a card also in her name, right? I'd be surprised if she didn't, but if they didn't issue her one, it doesn't really change the situation.
Short story is you are not allowed to use the card for the lounge. But as for your question, not sure if they will catch it.
NO, the point is that there's only one card for the account because the OP doesn't want to pay the additional card fee. It's HER account (he says) but HE is the only one with a card.
