Not just lack of lounge but increasing numbers of tourists and holidaymakers using facilities which just weren't designed for this type of customer. Security can be awful if you catch it at the wrong time, weather conditions wreak even more havoc than upon the BA operation at LHR (which is a pretty difficult achievement).
I am pleased I moved and LCY is no longer my local airport, I had grown to hate the place.
As a weekly user, I think this is a little harsh.
It definitely is crowded at peak times, but security is well improved since last year.
Beats 80 mins on the Tube at any rate and arrivals are still far better than LHR.
