Same here, been denied SDC due to not being able to guarantee my luggage will make the connection, but luggage made the connection and arrived 3 hours before I did.

When I flew Delta I could track my bags with the app and show the GA my bags made it and get standby, United app doesn't have live tracking so it is up to GA to do it and they don't seem to want to or be able to.
