Hi. Malaysia have cancelled our flight on thursday, they rebooked us onto another one that we can't make (2 hours earlier ). There is space on the one an hour later and one 2 hours later.
We have emailed the general line but haven't had a reply. Tried a couple of old email addresses but they have left the company. I need to get it sorted out so that if they can't do it I can book on another carrier.
Have tried to call but on hold and based on my location calling is more expensive that rebooking on Air Asia!
I can't find the addresses that I have used in the past, but again it took about 3 weeks to get a response, and even then it wasn't answering my question.
I now always call via Skype, the only option they give is their Malaysia number so that's all I use. Yes it could take 30 mins or more to get to talk to someone, but if you are outside the timezone, I just call late evenings in Malaysia and get thru in about 10 - 15 mins.
