Be careful about using Carmel. Their drivers operate without a clue. One time when I had a reservation with them, I got into a car with the Carmel sign in front of my building, gave the driver my name and reminded him that we were going to EWR. When we got there and I gave him my credit card, he looked at my name as if dumbstruck.
I was not the passenger that he had been waiting for. I can only envision the guy who was supposed to get that car and the driver of the other, who are still probably waiting in front of the building, unless by some miracle they found each other and figured things out.
