FYI ... Each terminal @ EWR has designated Limo Waiting Areas on the baggage claim level.

I don't know about the companies discussed above, but some charage extra for an "Inside Pickup", where the rep from the limo company meets you in baggage claim and helps you with your luggage to the parked car. An "outside pickup" involves the limo service meeting you on the curb. For someone who does not often go to an NYC airport, I recommend the extra few bucks for the inside pickup.
