I had the wrong segment coupon pulled once... I was using etickets and flying US. I was a little worried when I realized what happened (I didn't realize it until I got to my connecting airport) but it was no problem. They issued me a new ticket (no charge) & all was well.

So, not only are etickets good, but pay extra attention if you are flying different airlines on paper tickets....
