sorry to hear your bad flight experience! Yes there is a certain inconsistency, but I have never had it as worse as you with a crew having such a bad attitude!
and no in J they very seldom make the round at the end of the flight to thanks everybody and say good by; sometimes to some Platinum or VIP but not to all J passengers
