Do you still have enough time before your trip to get a status match? TK should match you however will not issue a card until you've taken a flight and credited to Miles & Smiles. The other one that would likely match you is Avianca Brazil but that seems to be challenging as well due to the Portuguese and I couldn't get it to allow registering with a non-Brazilian address. When I used the KQ lounge last time for an ET flight they only required a boarding pass but that was Business Class, they didn't need any invitation cards like most contract lounges do, so if you get *G status and it's on your boarding pass, it may get you into the KQ lounge for free.
