The process is if found it is taken by the crew to the customer service desk in the arrivals hall.
At some point it goes to the Bagport office which is located on the ground floor of T5 in the far left hand corner looking at T5 from outside.
At some point it is then moved to the main store which is located in the area around the Underground station in the central area.
