It was this past Saturday night (October 24th) and probably one of the biggest events of the year for the hotel. The room rates were exorbitant and ocean view rooms booked a year ahead. All the restaurants had special fireworks set menus going on and they were selling the oceanside tables.

The hotel setup chairs on its driveway but they were too short and blocked by traffic lights and poles. Also noisy with interlopers from the street coming in and sitting on the guests' seats.

I would definitely avoid the hotel during this time. The fireworks aren't that special to me.
