I am
not a US citizen. Even so, when I log into GOES, it shows three trusted traveler programs: NEXUS, GE and SENTRI. (I originally applied for NEXUS; this listing only showed up after I was approved.)
There's even a menu option to "Add vehicle". Since vehicle registration is no longer required for NEXUS, this can only be for SENTRI.
So yes, it appears NEXUS grants you membership in SENTRI as well as Global Entry. And that seems to also hold true for non-citizens who are permanent residents of the US. Not sure if it would also apply for Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
