Correct. I just did that (with GE) last weekend. Though be aware that the agent will call for the next SENTRI pedestrian, and not GE. Give them your GE card and all will be smooth.
I did have to endure some peanut gallery comments (in English AND Spanish) from the non SENTRI/GE/NEXUS folks as I walked past them all, including the guy who got his nose out of joint after finally making the head of the line and seeing me called before him. Ignore them all.
