But worst of all was service. Before takeoff the cabin steward walked around with a printout, fawning over regular customers and ignoring everyone else. I’ve never felt treated more like a second class citizen while traveling on a paid business class fare – and despite being Star Alliance Gold – because I don’t belong to Air Canada’s program.
I got the same treatment when I flew YYZ-NRT last year as *G, so AC is doing a consistent job for bad services.
