Can I have someone in the US be a guarantor will be accepted when I submit in OZ?

Also, in OZ they have Australia post and passport offices - what differences?

In the US, you can mail your application - in OZ, you need to go in person - why?

Will Qantas let me board on an expired OZ passport?
