Are you sure SENTRI was included? I think you mean Global Entry (GE). SENTRI is basically NEXUS but for Mexico, and vehicles must be registered and inspected prior to entering Mexico. If you are entering the US from Mexico, you can you the SENTRI lanes (because of GE), but you cannot enter Mexico using the SENTRI lanes without SENTRI and having your vehicle registered.
