You'd probably have to check all airport websites for airside smoking...but if you go to the PP website, it will actually tell you if a there smoking rooms within the PP lounges.

I am afraid none of the ones you're looking at have them, but they do exist, e.g. at SGN (although temporarily closed for refurbishment)
