. The last time I received that card was a few years back. And they never gave me anything when landing.
I told them from the comments card saying specifically in IRROPs, keep having these cards is definitely a great way to calm the passengers. I asked the ISM whether the welcome/thank-you cards have been phased out, she said not, so I made the suggestion. Given the bottle of champagne was definitely the extra mile by the ISM. I would definitely go with PE a bit more often in the future.
