Old Ozark Airlines was bought by TWA way back. A new Ozark Airlines with a hub in Columbia, MO (COU) has been in business for a couple years until earlier this year it was bought by the Great Plains Airlines out of Tulsa, OK (they needed jet aircraft and a jet operating certificate to get started). AFAIK, it is not "aligned" with any of the majors.
