The original Ozark merged with TWA in the early 1980s. The new Ozark is an unrelated company using the name to fly tiny Fairchild jets around the heartland...the last I heard was that they were bought out by some two-bit holding company and cancelled a bunch of routes. I haven't heard anything about them in a while and assumed they had gone out of business. If they have frequent flyer hookups with anybody I'd be very surprised.

To add to Doc's post -- I believe the agreement with AA was nixed after Ozark was bought out and the flights to DFW were dropped.
