Has anyone stayed at the Establishment Hotel in Sydney? It was on Conde Nest's list of best hotels in the world. It's very small (about 35 rooms), but I think it has a lot of character. I've been to the main bar and the club (Tank) heaps of times, but don't to much about the accommodation side of things.

Although I live in Sydney, I am putting some friends from Chicago into a hotel in a few weeks, and though this might be a good place.
