Flew rebooked HKG-YYZ PE from UA BF (significantly delayed and misconnected to YYZ) 10 days ago. As usual, greeted by the ISM, and several other FAs before take-off. ISM was very warm to me, offered any drinks I asked for. First time in PE, was a bit scared I wouldn't sleep well, but the recliner was only two inches less than the regional F seat in UA 777 to/from Guam/Hawaii, three inches less than regional J in CX 772. The most surprise was that they gave the 'welcome-thank you card' with all their names on it! ^ I told them from the last HKG-JFK F flight that I would love to see those cards again when I didn't get them in HKG-JFK F. I think they actually listened to me as AA OneWorld Emerald. Ended up spending eight to nine hours to sleep, woke up, spoke to ISM a little bit, was even gifted a bottle of Champagne before landing.

Very surprised to have such a great flight crew, and it turned out CX actually listened to my inquiries. Although I lost the BF seat in UA, the PE seat turned out to be good enough! ^
