I was given a white claim card for a faulty IFE during a recent overseas flight. The code did not work upon visiting the AC customer service link.
I've emailed a photo of the card, with flight details, emailed Super Elite address and called AC customer service. I even joined twitter to DM details and the folks working twitter promised to forward the details to the right department.
Don't think this case could be any more clear-cut. Send me a working code, I book my next AC trip, and everyone's happy.
Weeks later, still haven't heard anything from anyone to any one of my contact methods.
Any next steps?
In the meantime, I've status matched with TK, and booked all my INTL flights with AA and TK next year. All my transborder trips will be with DL. All this over 5%. Way to go, AC.
