What about Aeroplan change fees?
I know it states that "Aeroplan or other reward travel tickets" are not eligible for gift card redemption. It does say that "change fees" are eligible for redemption.

Would change fees for Aeroplan reward tickets (or even the call centre fees) be eligible?
