It's actually not even risky, it's a misconnect now due to the schedule change and not meeting the minimum connect time for domestic to international at SFO. You need to call in (knowing what alternatives you have and what you would prefer) and have it rebooked due to their schedule change and SHARES not rebooking you properly.
Also know that United is not in T1, the TPE flight departs from the Intl. Terminal.
