When arriving into Chitown from FRA last summer, the plane waited for a gate to become available. The captain expressed his displeasure at the delay over the PA to the whole plane, and he informed the passengers they should send an email to the CEO, $mi/J, and we should ask what is the reason for the delay upon arrival.
