Yet another IT glitch. So in response to the Delta promotion, I switched my earnings style to points and miles. However, my account still shows points and points, even though I've saved the changes multiple times. The strange thing is when I click to change the earnings style, points and miles is already selected. Is anyone else seeing this?
Exact same reason for wanting to change and exact same issue. I will be interested to see what posts for this week's stay.
