Cancellation terms: Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual property. If the reservation is cancelled before a penalty is applied, the credit will be available for re-use if the cancellation is made through the Visa Infinite Concierge. If a penalty is applied, the credit will be used to pay for the penalty, up to $250, and the cardholder will be responsible for any excess amount due to the property. If the credit is used for the penalty for a value less than $250, any remaining excess credit will be lost. The $250 credit is in Canadian dollars and will exchanged to the local currency using the exchange rate in place the day prior to check in.
