We may have to start discouraging folks from joining freqflyers, to save our own perks from being diluted.

I am presently training a friend in the fine art of flying up front and becoming an elite with a MileageRun. This morning he was sitting in Government class in the 2nd last row in coach on a 1/3 full plane. WHen out of the nowhere, the 1st FA came back and asked, if he would like to take a seat up in 1st! Shocked he said yes, since he has tasted the forbidden fruit (and wine) in 1st on several of his last flights. And still NON elite.
