Well DFW is an absolute mess today and apparently was yesterday as well.
My DFW-PHX flight was over an hour late and I missed my connection to GEG, The magnificent customer service staff performed miracles to protect my flight to LAS (on another itinerary- GEG-LAS) whilst dealing with a system they aren't yet totally au fait with.
