Agreed - I had a line fault on my broadband and dealing with their overseas call centre was unbelievable frustrating; as a result I will be moving my services from BT as soon as my contract expires.
Before I was gold I had to deal with the overseas BA call centre to cancel and a booking (its frustrating that the UK based call centre can't cancel a booking when you book the replacement). They cancellation went okay but they offered to book my next flights which I should have declined (ex-EU, BA flight numbers on AA and payment in euros) - I lost the will to live half way through due to communication problems.
