From the specs that I see, it seems like that though the An225 is larger than the A380, it is not by much. For example:

MTOW: An225 (1,322,750 lbs); A380 (1,235 000 lbs)
Wingspan: An225 (290ft); A380 (261ft 10in)
Length: An225 (275ft 7in); A380 (239ft 6in)
Max Thrust: An225(6 x 51,590 lbs); A380 (4 x 68,000 lbs)

So, by all gross measures, the An225 is of the order of 10% 'larger.'
