They do get many things right.
Indeed, but we rarely hear about it on forums such as here.
I've lost count with the number of BA flights I have taken in all my life and I can honestly only think of 3 times when I had issues which required follow up or me chasing them. (2 Ticketing issues and one UuA miles which took ages to eventually get posted)
The threads on the BA Board have been very grumpy of late over little things.
