For what it's worth, I have read elsewhere on FT that what some people have preferred to do, when transiting through FRA, is to use the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge instead of the LH Senator Lounge -- as a Suites passenger, a couple of people have kindly confirmed that the Suites ticket will gain you entry into the AC lounge, which seems to have a better reputation than the Senator lounge and also, should you need to shower, doesn't ever seem to have a queue for it from what people have said.
Am considering that too as I think I will need a shower to refresh myself after a 13hour flight and reviews seem to indicate that senator lounge can get quite crowded
