I know ACK was definitely another one that fell into that. It was surprising to me that both MVY and ACK were served from DCA instead of PHL, but maybe there's a lot more people in the DC area who go to those two islands. There's nothing else in the Northeast area I can think of that is only served from DCA instead of PHL.
