You can do what I did: search for the award like a mad man and narrow down the times with a spreadsheet. Over the course of two days, I wrote down the time I performed a search and noted what day the latest available award would be.

If anyone is interested, the SIN>FRA>JFK route is released at exactly 12pmEST. But it always shows up as waitlist when released. My next step is to determine the exact time it changes from "waitlist" to "available". I do know it turns into available by 9am the next day.
