During its "heyday", Hartford had CTO's for AA, DL, UA, US, and, yes, even EA. The DL office just closed two months ago, leaving only AA left. As I am there relatively frequently, I am hoping and praying they don't leave, forcing me to drive to Bradley airport. Hartford has a big AA reservations center, which will soon be moving to the 'burbs, so I would imagine they probably would close their CTO.
