Good advice. Same thing happened to me last year. I made changes at the HKG UA CTO and the agent there charged me change fee+fare difference when he wasn't supposed to. The refunds department in the US refunded the full amount but I noticed a difference on my CC bill, called them up again and they fixed it up right away.
