IMHO, taxi is safe and very cheap. No need to spring for the expensive hotel car.

Also, just to emphasize what some other posters have said, the Visa booth is to the side of the concourse before you get to the immigration counter. If you miss it you will have to go back and, by that time, stand behind a whole bunch of other pax on your flight, thereby delaying your exit by several minutes.
