It's your $10, but I would not hesitate to pay for the Bosphorus view in retrospect. I was lucky to get the club/view upgrade as a 6C myself on the first visit, but my luck had diminished by the return. Given the I-C's location in Taksim (sp?), I am uncertain that a club floor room will actually have a view over the city to the river (Golden Horn).
