WHat about Battery Booster / Jump Starter?
What do you think about this item in terms of carry-on?

Essentially a battery booster. Friend going to FLA this weekend looking for an inexpensive way to boost the battery of his car down there. I'm prepared to loan him this item, if he can get through security. Any thoughts? Looked on CATSA, and it discusses batteries, but unclear if this is covered. Thanks for any help.
