We purchased a Hawaii vacation package through Costco that includes a rental car. We paid for the entire package on our enrolled AmEx card. Anyone have any experience with the Premium coverage automatically kicking in (or not)? I'm just curious if the fact that the rental car was part of package, and not paid separately, will mess things up (even though the car is reserved and paid for with the AmEx).
