If you throw in a couple of value-judgemental terms or inferences to thievery and the corruption of society en masse, you set a certain tone for which responses may be levied in kind. My response was in the spirit of "No sh!t, Sherlock! You have a choice, and the choice is yours!," and not a personal attack. Sorry if you took it that way.
