I wouldn't worry. It is usually a syncing issue. As you bought it with aa you can check your e-ticket has issued correctly and covers all sectors on aa.com. As long as they are all showing there you are ok. Your BA PNR should at least show the BA metal legs, but beyond that it should show everything else but sometimes doesn't - as long as the BA metal legs are showing and you can select seats you should be fine.
