Of all the airports you mentioned, I have only been in MUC and that has (had?) smoking booths in the SCHENGEN area where you can grab a smoke while waiting for your connecting flight. I think the chances are good that it also has them in the non-SCHENGEN area.

However, that was two years ago and the situation may have changed.

The only lounge that I have ever been in that had a smoking area was an AF Lounge in CDG, so I would say that you are bucking the odds if you are thinking of getting Priority Pass just to grab a smoke.
